Carb

I have a sky hawk and the carb spits gas back into the filter and I was wondering if there is something I could do to fix it or do I have to get a new one?

It's the nature of the beast. All 2 stroke engines will produce some 'spit back' into the carburetor and the air filter. Unlike a 4 stroke with valves that isolate the intake from the exhaust, a 2 stroke will allow some crankcase pressuer, containing the fuel/oil charge to be drawn back into the carb.
There's nothing you can do to prevent it, just keep your air filter clean.

Thanks we already adjusted the float when I got it. It was bad in my old motor but the new one just started a few days ago but not as bad.

The only cure for this is to modify the engine to accept a reed block, which requires other mods as well. Best thing to do is clean the filter regularly.

CNS? I highly recommend you replace it with an NT Speed; very cheap, much simpler, more reliable, responsive, and less of a headache on a Skyhawk.
