carb and throttle linkage questions

I just received my Morini s6s in the mail today. Very excited. It did not however come with a throttle cable and truthfully not sure where the throttle would hook up. I am pretty sure it goes down this tube but could someone clarify for me?

cool.how about the hose hookups that are silver. Assuming those are vacuum? I know the gold/bronze one is fuel.
 
Back out the two screws on the top of the carb and the top will literally pop off. The cable obviously gets fed through that black plastic rubber tubing on top then down into the cylinder. I cut my own cable to length then put a little soldier on the end of the cable to keep it from pulling out.
 
The spring loaded screw is the idle and the smaller bronze colored screw (i believe) next to it is your enrichment screw.
