Can you identify this exhaust?

Does anyone know who makes this exhaust? I bought this bike on eBay and I think the header is too long? Anyone recommend a better way to set this up?

I though it was SBP exhaust but its not shaped the same. It almost looks like it was made to have a long header like that.

It'll be hard to tell from one picture, it looks like a pocket bike exhaust. I've built a couple of pipes and found the longer head pipe to increase bottom end torque on mine, 16 inches is where I have mine. It all depends on what you want the bike to look like, the way the pipe is routed looks good.
