Can Titan gas tank be moved lower?

The main problem I have with rack mounts is how high they're mounted on the bike and the tank looks like it's almost a foot above the seat. Could an upsucker carb possibly be offered in the future that could be used with a separate gas tank mounted elsewhere (lower), possibly between the engine and the seat? I think the clone engines actually can be bought with the option of a downsucker or upsucker carb. Also, this would allow the user to use a much bigger tank. I have a black plastic tank off a tiller that would be ideal and holds half a gallon of gas and would fit in the space between the engine and the seat.
 
I just bought that diaphram carb off of dax and it works like a charm, you'll need the adapter kit with it also to work properly. Bike engines has that carb too.

Still good to dredge up to the top for the sake of sharing excellent info though!
