Can this 26" bike qualify?

So, it got me thinking... does mountain my bicycle even qualify for a kit? Here is a picture that I took some time ago.

I already know that a in-frame mount is outta the question. So could a rack-mount possibly work?

Pick a good rack mount engine so that you will not have to cut that nice frame.
As an alternative, you could mount an electric hub motor and carry the batteries on the rear rack.
Anything can be motorized.
