Can anyone identify this antique motorized bike?

Racer, of St Etienne. The frame looks similar to the Salmson, perhaps one supplied the other, or they both bought in from outside.

Yeah, I saw those. There's also this Follis print that looks like it swoops, but I can't find a real bike with it.
