Cafe Creme - my Boardtracker project.

I was a bit nervous about attempting to roll the chassis plaque around the downtube, but it worked out fine.

The Edoardo Bianchi engine ident looks right at home too !

Here's a few more current pix. Next stage is to get the lower frame connector plates [ front to back ] fitted, should be back from laser cutters on Friday. Then it's all the little detail items and final accessory fitting. The electrics tray will fit inside the lower frame connectors and be totally hidden - I'm trying to get a "back to the 1900's look" with no evidence of modern fuckery. However, me and electrics do NOT see eye to eye, so I'm going to have to get some help to get a schematic for the rudimentary wiring loom. Just basics, no lighting or silly idiot lights everywhere.

I've got a couple of my new neighbours coming round in a couple of weeks time to help me lift the bike off the bench and on to the new scissor ramp that I've bought. You've all heard the story of the guy that built a boat in his basement [ and Gibbs ] and then had to ge it out ? Well I've got to get an almost complete bike off the bench !!

More progress - just waiting for the new lower frame connectors to be laser cut and fitted, then the bike can be lifted off the bench onto my new scissor stand.
