BTR Handlebars

Not sure if this represents revision 3 or 4, but I have continued to improve my boardie style handlebars. Latest change is to the drop bar clamps. Previously I fabricated the clamps, but now they are CAD designed and CNC machined from billet aluminum. Very light and super strong. Bars are also aluminum.
