I have everything finalized aside from the lower half of the expansion chamber. Its still up for debate whether I'd like to have it welded together or not. Also need to tighten the chain, but i'd like to put my tensioner in a vise and try to angle it to go alone with the chain at the right angle.
That being said, I'm looking for a new frame to start my next build, and who knows where that will lead me

Chain is adjusted, chain guard is on, mounts torques, expansion chamber installed again, SHES READY TO GO. Oh, but its like 15* outside. no thanks.

FYI: Still kickin strong!! Now at 4700ft elevation and the huffy and i went offroading last weekend!
Got an RT (dellorto clone) carb and its much smoother but definitely less power than an NT speed.
