Board tracker frame wanted

I have a deadline fast approaching and need a board tacker frame w/ the rear leaf spring bracket. I'm trying to get this done by the end of sept. for a ride/show. Too many projects and not enough time right now.

I do not need the forks, or rear swing arm, I just need the main frame done.
...... and as close to Sacramento as possible.
Here is what I am after(see pic) w/11/8" OD tubing... any help out there? Thanks
