Well I've been working #5 for awhile it's starting to take shape I'm now trying to make a 1916 style springer front end for this

I've been making parts for the springer frontend the last couple of days. Now I have to find some more springs that go inside these tubes I have two but need 4 to 6 more I'll be work on that today. Then I'll work on triple trees.

I've been working on the springer front end it's going pretty slow I had to redo the rockers they were too wide for the axel. been making a lot of parts for it this week. I'm working on the springs right now.

Thanks Curt, This project is a lot harder than I thought it would.

Probably be a lot easier if we knew what we were doing to start with, or had patterns. Trial and air takes a long time, not to mention the miss cuts. Me anyway.......LOL.......Curt

Yep, this is all trial and error, sometime things don't work.

I worked on the springer front end all weekend I got pretty much done for now. it still needs some adjusting for it to work right but I'm happy with the way it came out.

Thanks Curt, I'm to adjust a few things like preload in the springs and shims in the rockers to see if will work better.
