Just about to finish my second build and I haven't figured out why the drive chain keeps binding on the drive sprocket. This is an 80cc 29 inch road bike and have literally spent hours trying to find a cure,The driveline will function great for two or three turns of the engine but then with no reason the drive chain will become so taught that I can no longer turn the wheel. Have tried to get the sprocket od with a puller to see if some thing is wrong with it but I cant get it off .Never had this problem on my first build . Would appreciate any help one could give me.
