I have 3 of the BILLET UNIVERSAL MOUNT, 1'' TUBE I paid $40 shipped.Selling for $25 shipped or trade for clamps that will fit 1 1/8 tubing.I want to use the mount to add oillow blocks behind seat post tube..USPS Money order for payment

A trip to a good machine shop and they couod bore those 1" clamps out to 1&1/8" for you. You could also do it yourself with a Dremel and a sanding drum. Aluminum is soft. Wouldn't take a lot of work.
