Bike won't start ran great for a month

I let a friend ride it about 15 miles went to get on it flat so I changed tire and rode about 2 miles and it had a blow out so got new tire and tube and won't start so I changed plug ,cdi,wiring,and magnito wants to run just won't pop don't know what to do????

have you checked for spark,gas,i always start with checking the simple stuff first

possibly petcock was left on while working on it and motor is now full of fuel
