Bike won’t run (help)

Hey so my bike won’t start (I didn’t break it in properly ) but I Haven’t drove it in a year it has spark the plus is wet so it has fuel and it has high compression the piston is a brown color like it was burned all I can think is that the pistons rings are Fryed i put some fuel down the plug hole and it started but i even changed the carb still nothing it was popping before but now it’s just dead

I’m guessing it’s the wrong oil mix I just dumped some in

If you haven't run it in a year the fuel is probably bad, empty the tank and mix 4oz of good 2cycle oil to a gallon of fresh gas, mix it well in a the gas can before adding it to the tank.
