Hey guys,

Just got a 2 stroke 80cc. The engine compresses just fine when the spark plug is not in the engine. I can roll it forward as backwards. When I put the spark plug that came with it in the engine it has a difficult time compressing. You cant move it forward or backwards. When you take it out, it moves just fine.

I would hate to have to return the kit. Is their just a shorter spark plug I can use?

Here's a video of the problem

There's nothing wrong with your spark plug!
It looks like the clutch is simply stuck from sitting in the box for months.

(with the spark plug in), pull the clutch lever in & roll the bike & forth until it breaks free.

You can search YouTube & find tons of cheezy videos on how to start the bike.

Pretty much how it’s supposed to work. When you say clutch engaged do you mean you have the clutch lever pulled back or let forward?
