Don't know about the skill but i took welding in high school, I redid the head of the pipe on the schwinn curiser make it a soild piece, the rubber boot just blew oil everywhere, If i had a pipe bender the pipe on the Occ would have looked better.

on my occ i had to make my muffler and i dint have a pipe bender so it has like 90digree angles in it.
