big bore kits for 2 stroke engines

The plastic shroud on the 4-strokes is for channeling the airflow over the fins, they have forced-air cooling. Might be nice to have in AZ.

You can always remove it if you're so worried about aesthetics.
 
Ya. I know about the 4 stroke air cooling stuff.

I thought about a whizzer kit. But too much.

Whats the diffrents between ebay engine kits. And the onein the bike stores on here?
 
Cool. I was going to buy a kit at one of these stores. But u cant bet the free shiping on the ebay sellers or the 20 doller less on the ebay kits
 
Some of the sellers here have better customer service, like thatsdax. If you do a search, there is a giant thread about which vendors (here and on ebay) offer the best customer service....without it, you buy a kit that has parts missing, bad casting, ect. you are on your own.

Is that worth the 20 dollar savings?
 
Hi, u can get a slightly over bored piston & jug from Rock Solid Engines. They have been taken out to an actual 70cc, not the normal 66. They come in 3 different "stages", HP1,HP2 & HP3 & u get the gudgeon, clips, quality bearing, piston & jug. I believe the piston has properly spaced bosses 2 fit the bearing properly. HP2 & 3 pistons r ceramic coated (skirt). I recieved an email off Tony at RSE recently telling me not to order just yet as they will soon b releasing more Hi Perfomance products. Cheers
