Looking at them, I'm gonna say "No"... The transfer ports look all wrong & they are for engines with the intake port in the engine case, not the cylinder.

What most people don't realize is that the 66CC (80cc) HT engines ARE the big bore kits!! They're basically just 49cc engines with bigger pistons & cylinders.
That's also why the 49cc engines vibrate less... (the new bigger piston throws it out of balance.)
