"big bore kit" with a g2 reed valve and vm22 carb

so i have had idea in my head for a project of a 40 x 49mm iron sleeve cylinder ported out with a boost port and ofc every other port seeing as the big bore kits have crap ports to begin with, I am thinking with the extra bore it'll help with one velocity of the ports and reed valve as well as the already oversized carb mostly to help out the carb back when i was going non-valve my kick back at mid end to just before top was dead it wasn't like the worst in the world but it was noticeable but with this setup do you think i could break my speed limit of 45mph or it would just help mid and suck some from the top i have the reed cage and all and i do have a standard clone yz85 pipe or wrap around pipe

would open ports or closed ports be better for low end

or would a gtz ported out cylinder 40 x 47 mm be better long run?

Go bigger on the main jet or raise the needle jet sounds like you're lean on the main... That dead spot will go away with fuel

I want to rob the hydraulic clutch off this motor and on the 49mm steel sleeve motor...
