i love going for early morning rides when all the joggers and bikers are out getting their exercise and i pull up beside them and say "great morning for some exercise" and they say "yes it is" before they think then they usually bust our laughing or saying something like i hope you don't over exert yourself lol. i usually start my morning riding around 10 to 20 miles along the beach or thru the rain forest if its not raining in it
