Best engine for Worksman?

Greetings all! I'm looking forward to starting my first project soon and wanted to get some advice from the vetrans... what is the best 2 stroke engine to mount on a Worksman Cruiser? Since this is my first try I'd prefer something that falls on the "easier" end of the spectrum and doesn't require a lot of modifications to bike or engine. thanks in advance. Looking forward to posting pics soon of my project.

All the China Girl kits are about the same so it shouldn't make much difference which brand you get. I've been very happy with my Flying Horse brand motor.
