It is overpriced, no doubt. A kind of 'designer label' bike.
I quite like the design though.
I dont understand the twin tyre thing. Is there a reason for that?

Its limited production hence the price... but its made with 90% off the shelf parts.

Interesting to look at but would never spend that much for a bike like this.
