anyone else getting really tired of black boxes popping up?

When the mouse happens to roll over any forum area, a black box opens that hides much of the remaining screen. This is getting really annoying. Is there some way to shut it off in 'board preferences and settings'?

Maybe you can disable pop ups in your browser.

they seem to be CSS3 rather than popups

Found the setting. I disabled the pop up type black box tool tip. It now shows the forum full description under the forum name. I guess it was meant to clean and shorten the list up. Either way, I think description under the forum name is probably better for new folks.
