All out Streamliner has it been done????

Ok so i haven't been on this site in a long time. I am currently in the Marine Corps and stationed out in Cali at Pendleton so i don't have access to my bikes. Anyway I have been wondering why i have never seen a streamlined motorized bicycle. Lots of people want these things to be going fast but why not streamline it. Has anyone done it or at least tried it??? I am gonna be attempting this next year when i return from Afghanistan and just want to hear some thoughts on it. I'm looking for real speed here. Custom frame and just for straight away speed.

In Japan, college teams build 50cc recumbent trikes with full bodywork for fuel economy contests. I looked for the website but no joy.
