It's a 1954 Schwinn & it's powder coated in a burgundy 'hammer tone'... (You can barely see the white tires in this pic!)

I just coated a pro-street Hayabusa the same silver vein/candy red combo. Much better fit for a classic board track racer not so much for a $60K, 7.00 sec motorcycle. Would really like to see more of that Boardie.
