here's a link to the best bicycle info site i've ever found. i've used it countless times, and even if you think you know everything about bicycles, you probably don't. but if you do, there's still some good reading.

not everything's written in stone, and i don't agree with all of it, but it covers the basics of bicycles and how they work, how they don't work, and a bunch of answers to weird questions.
 
between that link and sheldon brown's pages...I think I have all questions covered !!!

It's a good bike repair site where they show you how to repair freewheels and gear clusters. Most shops don't repair freewheels but it can be done. This site shows it all.
