Is this a new trend in motorising a bicycle? Note that this VeloSolex still retains its pedals and it's carrying a Dutch powercycle registration plate.

Edit: And at the other end of the stunningly neat workmanship scale is this bike. To my utter surprise it actually works and sounds lovely while doing so.
