Very cool bikes! I can remember seeing several of those older Hondas getting junked in the 70's and 80's because they were regarded as "cheap Jap junk".

When I was a kid there was still home delivery by the dairies. Those milk trucks were unique to the dairies just like the sort used by UPS are only UPS. Our local driver wore the white shirt, pants, hat and black bow tie. He brought the milk in glass quart bottles that he carried in a wire carrier. You put your empties out in your milk box on the front porch and every morning he would come by and take them away and leave new ones.

Every house in the neighborhood had one of these insulated metal boxes on the porch.

Here's some pics that I think are kewl...
I used to own a house right across the street from the old Helms Bakery here in Los Angeles... The Helms trucks were a LA institution for decades until the early 70's!
The building in the top photo is still there & is a historic landmark now.

This is Charley and a trike he built for a client.
It has no motor... because it was built to use with 'drunk driving goggles' !
