No I went that route best to just build a new frame from scratch. Unless thats all ya have it will work but.........

The twin tail and huge fuselage mounted engines distinguish the A-10 from other jets. The front landing gear is not in the centerline of the plane but offset, to allow the cannon to be mounted centrally.
I'd paint your bike Air Force colors and call it done. Keep the teeth on the tank and see if you can get a decal for an A-10 squadron on the internet somewhere. I can't come up with any ideas to duplicate the worlds most sucessful tank buster.

All the A-10's that used to fly out of Patrick AFB (right across the lagoons from us) were flat black. Maybe you could fabricate a fiberglass nose and some twin fins for the rack. 12 guage or mini-14 in the nose would be cool!
