9.3 and 16hp watercooled ?

i have the original 5.8 hp Morini engine on Dean from pipelines bike
A. does the 9.3 hp engine just bolt in or is there clearance issues with the carb? also the 6 speed watercooled is it possible to use on this frame and will it blow me apart ?
 
The rad could go behind the seat or better still put the rad on the front and the gas tank behind the seat.
 
What im trying to accomplish is a bicycle capable with gears to go where a dirt bike goes and also a super drag bike. Really just a toy to play with. I could just go buy a motorcycle but a bicycle is a challenge.Of course its probably not worth the money but it is winter dream time
