80cc wont start please help

i have had this motor sitting around for a while just installed it on my bike and it wont start. it is getting spark and not positive but i think it is getting gas mixture. i took off carb bowl and everything looks ok down there im not sure wt **** is going on i thought i might have flooded it but i dont know now ii have had the motor sitting around for a year if that matters seems like compression is great i had it partialy installed on a occc choper but the decided not to use that bike so i put it on a mountain bike instead how can i tell if its getting gas i mean i have looked at the spark plug and doesnt look wet but im not sure how to see but i do smell gas so i dont know what is going on



woooooooooohoooooooooooooo i fixed it i am retarded i had the coil wires reversed thanks anyway

Make sure petcock on fuel tank is turned on. Put choke up. Push primer button twice.
Peddal real fast,let clutch out and keep peddaling while twisting throttle a little,if it starts pull in clutch and stop and let it idle while giving it gas and push choke down. If not do it again.

Check all wiring again.
