Can any one tell me what manufacture of this 66/80cc motor I have ....or tell me where I could find some sort of markings to tell me what kind I have

Welcome to the forum Brandon, it looks like a generic 66cc-69cc engine, depending on stroke. Most all parts will interchange, parts like pistons and cylinders are the difference.
