After a few minor set-backs; production is running smoothly, and DV is back!

I will have the time to finish up the cases and balance the crank this week.

Pics and "how-to" stuff will, of course, be included.

Stop dwelling on the speed guys...in all likelyhood it will go faster than 60...This isn't about the speed, it's about the "how-to".

As this was done fifty years ago with 50cc moped engines without chambers, I wonder what we are all waiting for? 60mph with 66cc in 2010.

Its an interesting endeavour just the same, to make chinese junk fly/fry.

Heat will kill it in the end.

Unless you go with methanol or water cooling.

Then 100mph from 66cc might be more impressive.

Balancing involves accurate scales, knife edges and maths.

    http://modelenginenews.org/etw/etw_bal/p1.html

Single cylinder engines can't ever be "balanced" anyway.

Blueprinting/truing and a general cleanup/polish of the parts would help more.
