4stroke bogging n cutting out

Im having a new problem with my 4stroke..its cutting in and out and bogging then small burst of power..it runs like this unless im extreeeemely feathering the throttle!...which gets me nowhere. Im thinking its possibly flooding??...or does it sound like misfire possibly??...just installed new plug. Any help would b greatly appreciated!!

You getting a good flow of fuel? I have that problem if my on/off valve isn't set just right. Basically at full throttle for a little run it will use up the gas in the line then bog down where I slow down and the gas will catch back up. Took me a while to figure that out.

Try running it with a tiny bit of choke. Does that help or no result?

I'm just fishing for a solution, those are two solutions I have found on.
