49cc friction drive kit

Hi i bought a friction drive kit from bike berry and when i turn the motor on the roller spins while it idles and am not giving it any throttle also when i get on to ride it wont go anywhere like 2mph am big 280lbs i thought my weight was a issue but my neighbor who's 120lbs got on it and same thing it wouldn't go what could it be any help please here is a pic of my clutch
