#41 vs #415 chain

Due to improper mounting of my rag joint and sprocket, I’ve had my chain pop off and get twisted a few different times. I’ve heard about the stretchy nature of the 415 chain and also that the 41 can replace it. Is the 41 chain stronger than the 415? Is there a place that has better 415 chains than the stock? Does the 41 actually fit on those Chinese manufactured kits?
