4 stroke mount problems

trying to put 4 stroke on a cranbrook with no luck dont fit with mount that came with kit can someone please tell me what i should do thanks a lot

Whay is the problem ? The Mount?Got any pictures.It will fit!

first had to modifiy plate didnt line up under engine now i put mount in place engine will not fit in place side screws stopping from bring in mount

Drill/tap for sidescrews in a different place. Go ahead and tap for 1/4-20, the stock 6mm strip out easily.

I used 2 short pieced if 1/4 x 1 steel strap, drilled to bolt to the engine, from side to side, and drilled and tapped them for 1/4 bolts to bolt the straps to the plate. Have to use 1/4 spacers between the plate and straps to clear the engine bolt heads.

still not having any luck fabricated plate still not fitting
