This is my 2nd motorized Bike build, first had this motor on a single speed road bike but the ride was just awful, and i was popping my tires every week so i decided to move on.
this is my new ride. im extremely proud of this build. i used two muffler clamps and a strip of metal to mount the engine onto the 2inch frame and its holding up really well.
Columbia Trailhead DX mountain bike with Rock Shox forks up front.
this is so much more comfortable to ride especially with my cloud 9 seat.
running a 32T sprocket (acceleration is pretty week but im hitting 35mph), dual brake lever, handlebar mirror, 120 Lumen LED Headlight, brake light/ turn signals.
considering street tires and maybe making a custom gas tank.
im planning on getting the shift kit next and maybe an expansion chamber. ill keep you guys posted.
