Got this bike for 150. Motor hadn't been broken yet but bike had sat for 2years. Took her apart cleaned everything but the block , greased her up and replaced whatever bolts and studs I could find from ace. Started up easy but kinda ran a little rough sounded like something was clanking behind the clutch plate when I would push plate in noise would stop. I read here that I shouldnt
tune anything till after break in so just riding her easy now. Guy told me it was a 80s Schwinn but I don't know anything about bikes.was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what year this might be thanks for any input

Hey Spider, look at the head tube see if there is a serial number top of the bottom bearing cup. If not look at the left rear drop out where the rear axle is. Schwinn put serial numbers on most all bikes. later,,, Dirty
