2-stroke motor problem no power when throttle opens

I got an 80cc 2 stroke build here with a stock NT carb. finally got her going after many problems but here’s what I need help figuring out please:

Bike runs good with throttle open only an 1/8th! I can only barley open it otherwise if I open anymore it looses power and boggs down hard! what does this mean? I thought it may be too small jet screw so I drilled a 1/16th hole. still same problem. Gonna adjust my C-clip and see if that does anything.

There’s something going on here because my last bike engine build was fine during break in period at full throttle.

Also I used RTV gasket maker on the intake manifold and exhaust manifold im worried the silicone is blocking the ports a bit when I squished the mating surfaces together so I may have to take that into account.
 
I would take it apart and see how much gasket maker is in there... RTV isn't for fuel anyway... Ultra grey for gasoline coat both sides of the gasket with a toothpick... Make sure the surface area is flat with a file

You'll never get it dialed in with the main jet drilled to 1/16"
It will always bog down from too much fuel.
Put the correct jet back in.
Make sure the choke lever isn't loose and closing when ya hit a bump.

Clean up that RTV if ya think you made a mess

I totally missed that 'drilled jet' part!!!
