2 Stroke Gas/Oil Ratio the Same with Ethanol Gas? (WI)

Hello, I live in Wisconsin. Our gas is mixed with ethanol. Would the gas/oil ratio be the same with a 2 stroke engine? I am thinking it would it be different since we have the ethanol mixed with our gas. Am I wrong or does it really matter?

If it's the normal 10-15%, no worries, it's the same.

If it has a higher content that 15% you may need to adjust the carb slighty to make it richer.
