Ok I have two problems I ran into while doing my first build. Number one two of the screws on the clutch case stripped while I was trying to take them out and number two the small sprocket inside the clutch case won’t turn when I pull the clutch. What can I do about this? Do I need to buy a new engine?

Welcome to the forum Timothy, first you can replace the cover screws with Allen head bolts, they are much easier to get in and out. Try removing the spark plug to relieve compression, if the engine turns that means the crankshaft and piston are ok. Getting the clutch adjusted the first time can be tricky, the cable has to be tighter than you think it should be.

Your clutch cable is not adjusted tight enough, more than likely.
Also, where the "bucking bar" goes into the case- tap it a couple times with a hammer.
This is a semi common problem for newbs.

Why would you need to buy a new engine?
