1950's 26" PANTHER Bicycle FRAME?

Is this a good buy?
Dot know to much about old frames, so please leave some input if desired.

Good price for frame but be aware of the huge shipping fee!

Yea that's what is making me second guess this frame.
Me: OH MY! A vintage straight bar frame... About to press on the bid now button when sees the shipping charges, calls of finger from clicking the mouse...

It's either a nice straight bar frame or a gt-a ( those frames with the inflame tank from grubee)

That's seems a lot for a frame, but what do I know....I had a Panther II and I got the whole bike for 35 bucks.

That is excessive shipping though!

I usually watch the item I want an see what several go for, then bid accordingly if it's in my price range. There's always more....

Those frames sell for between $60 & $80 at the swap meets here in LA... $100 if it has real nice paint.
