144 spoke wheel

will a manic sprocket kit fit on a 144 spoke rim?lets say a free wheel hub because i know the coaster is really pain in th .......I would like to put these rims on a panama jack.

Using T-belt pulley's and T-belt would take slippage out of the equation.
