110cc bicycle conversion kit legit?

I've see 50, 80 and 100cc conversation kits but this... I found a 110cc engine kit just for a tad bit more then a 100cc on amazon.

I would suppose links are allowed here so this is the kit:

Would this actually be 110cc (or what actual displacement it is) or just weak engine claimed to be 110cc?

Definitely interested in building a bike with this motor!

The size is more than likely 85cc or so, the 100cc engines that are listed are only 79-80cc. The cylinder volume is figured different than U.S. standards.
