that bike looks like a good platform for a cafe style build. you could build a seatstay out of wood and find a way to attach a seat to it. or just stick a banana seat on it. for the tank, find one you think looks good that will fit on the frame. I would also put some fat tires on there, but thats your call. either way, go with what you like. good luck.

Yes that a Puch head . This should be a little go fast street bike . It a small frame , I think a 18" . Have most of the parts now just need time .

Quick up date , got a little more done today . Worked on the frame for the seat and some on the cylinder .

Just a little . Got the case tig up and match to cylinder ports . Pressed apart crank an installed a moped con rod to match piston pin , Mocked up the motor to check the thickness of the spacer . Need to build spacer now , I just need to get some time on a milling machine now . Should have gotten more done but I screw up my right hand was off work for 4 weeks . Will post some pictures soon.

Here's an update. We just got Frankin Crank back from Mr. Rust, it looks kind of scary but he daid it would work, he stroked it 4mm and replced the lower crank rod with the one that came in the kit and ballanced the whole thing. We also finished the wheelset their pretty heavy but they seem bullet proof,we may be rethinking our frame choice any way here's some pics Later Bob
