I've learned most of these the hard way, eg. my rear axle and bearing wore so I had to buy a new one and now I grease them, or spokes poking through your inner tube.

1. Always check your rear and front axles, these bikes aren't made for it so grease them with valvoline red, 2 months and it works

2. Check your spokes, your spokes could break and pop your inner tube, this is dangerous and can cause fish tailing.

3. Make sure your chain isn't rubbing against your tire, it will pop your tire

4. Check and see if the clutch works, if not check the flower not or break the adhesive by spinning the drive wheel extremely fast and hard.

This is just some basic advice for beginners, so take this to heat.

Also boost bottles are a scam.

Yeah I saw that boost bottle thing and was confused as to how it could actually work and I’m sure a better hose with clamps would be needed not a piece of slip on fuel line.

5. Always check your tensioner before a ride, especially the clamp on ones that come with the kit it can fall into your spokes. While checking don’t forget as well important nuts and bolts like engine mounts

So what are some things you can do to stop the chain from rubbing? I’m having that issue right now and I was wondering how to stop it.

The Nel Lusso beach cruiser seem to be a common bike to build up. I personally have this bike and yes I did add a motor kit to it
