Article about legalizing ebikes in Albany. NY is the only state I know of that just says NO to MBs. Kinda crazy. NYC would benefit big time! Congestion, etc. I've never had a problem in NY. But the city (NYC) has been confiscating MBs. (!)
With my little courier biz, it would make me major $ and save massive amounts of time if I could drive to the city, park and take my MB off the car and deliver/pick-up.
