My sweet heat shield and sink

I kept burning my leg on the head so, I fabricated this from a strip of aluminum. It not only shields my leg from the head but works as a heat sink as well.
It's only attached by tension. The U shape holds it on the head and the top is wedged against the frame to keep it in place.
